About Minerva
Minerva Canada is a not for profit volunteer organization dedicated to advancing Health and Safety education in post-secondary institutions and the only organization of its kind in North America. It develops teaching modules, case studies for academia, sponsors student projects as well as conducts professor Learning Forums and student award programs. It is in the process of developing an online certificate program in Health and Safety for engineering and other post-secondary students with its university partners.
About the Health and Safety Leadership Centre
The Conference Board’s Health and Safety Leadership Centre (HSLC) supports the continuous improvement of healthy and safe workplaces. It is founded on the principle that effective health and safety leadership is essential to the operation of a successful business. Membership of the Centre is represented by senior leaders in health and safety from across Canada.

Ron Kelusky is Ontario's Chief Prevention Officer within the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. He addresses occupational health and safety by establishing a provincial strategy, setting province-wide training and safety programs standards, and working with Ontario's health and safety system partners to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities.
